Re: Decrypting Hash Code

Generally the guys don't like it when people post a hash and try to get someone to crack it for them. The guys at - http://www.waraxe.us/forums.html can probably help you out and do that on a regular basis. You may also try - http://www.md5decrypter.com or http://www.md5decrypter.co.uk By the way if...

Putting that 1x slot to good use

Alright so I have an old P4 3.4G that is pretty much used as a media server machine. It is on all the time and has a 9400GT in it. There is one 16X PCI-e slot and one 1X PCI-e slot. The others are regular PCI slots. I had an extra 9400GT laying around and wanted to put it to use even though it is pr...

Re: CUDA supported bruteforcers

IvanG, I added yours to the list as well as cRARk. Also good point with the speed test. But the hard thing about testing different ones is that they all don't support the same things. Also some support list and some only support a single hash. I'll see if I can't do some kind of benchmark test tonig...

CUDA supported bruteforcers

So far i have only used the following below... Of course we know about BarsWF, but anyone else know any other good ones out there? Distributed is important but anything that supports CUDA is worth checking out. Elcomsoft Distributed password recovery - http://www.elcomsoft.com/edpr.html EDPR is dist...

Re: FreeBSD MD5 sources & example

Haven't seen an update on this in a while. I noticed this guy - http://rpisec.net/projects/show/hash-cracker has some cuda work done on md5crypt. Just wondering if you may be able to port some of his work over from md5crypt_kernel.cu file in his v3 code.

Re: How high can you get

This thread is never going to be old :-) OMG, you gonna achieve nice speed :-) Instead of building 1 monster box, you might want to think about couple of smaller nodes, that's cheaper (no hassle with 4 PCI-E MoBos, 1500W PSU's....). Your absolutly right, I have another 680i motherboard with a core ...

Re: How high can you get

I know this is an old thread but I finally got around to testing out my setup. This is a core i7 machine with 2X 295s and 1x 280, I am selling my 280 this week and getting another 295. this should put me around 4500M/Hashes a sec. Then I would like to get a 4 pci express board like what x4d3 has and...

Do you have an update on this or are you looking for beta testers?
