Data needed: sample ASIC designs for 1-2 metals

After trying first few transistors, sample ASIC schematics would be needed to tune the process.
It's important to be sure that these test designs already work in silicon, instead of trying to design or synthesize them from scratch just for testing.
They should be low-tech (not smaller than 0.5um) and should use just 1 or 2 metals.

Upload guide:
1) If you сan make it public - just post it here (attachment size limits should be quite big).
2) If you do not want to make it public & want to be anonymous - drop me a message to 3@14.by from brand new email account.
I will not make public whatever you send me, unless you will explicitly say that I can do that.
3) Also, I can set up dedicated secure (all transfers encrypted) non-logging server just for your 1 upload. Server would be cleaned up & destroyed after upload.

All masks are available, 1 metal 1 poly.
It might be tough to do it without poly (i.e. 2 metal no poly).

There is also 6502 ripped pretty well, but it also uses depletion transistors.
