hi all,

how can I exit metal to produce free elctrons or neutrons like isotope source?

To get electrons - check how electrons are generated in CRT tubes.

Getting neutrons is very easy: you need to accelerate hydrogen ion in linear or circular accelerator to energy of at least 100MeV, and collide it with tungsten or lead target. You'll get neutrons.
